Filip Leskaroski is an accomplished real estate and investment professional with over 10 years of international experience across finance, capital markets, and property advisory. He has spent the past decade living and working in two EU countries as a trusted advisor to some of the world’s leading financial institutions. Currently based in Frankfurt, Filip serves as an external Principal Consultant, advising top-tier international banks. He is the co-owner of LESTO Realty d.o.o, a full-service real estate agency headquartered in Belgrade, Serbia, and co-founder of WISO Solutions d.o.o, a company that delivers specialised cleaning services for some of the region’s largest commercial, office, and industrial buildings. Filip has held roles in the Finance and Capital Markets departments of major public companies listed on the US, Swiss, and Canadian stock exchanges. He holds a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Political and Economic Sciences at Comenius University in Bratislava and is certified in residential real estate, ESG investing, investment management, and consulting. His credentials include certifications from McKinsey & Company, Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, CFA Institute, Charles Bridge Investment Group, and the Daniel Daggers Academy. A dedicated educator, Filip is a lecturer and basic member of the National Association of Valuers of Serbia (NAVS). Since 2015, he has been actively engaged in the investment sector, beginning as a macro analyst before transitioning to real estate, founding his own consultancy in 2017.
